To achieve our standard of quality, every facet of the manufacturing process must be correct. Most production steps at our manufacturing facility are done by hi-tech machinery and some are done by hands with the final shaping, aligning and polishing being done individually by skilled instruments craftsmen.
Our Quality Control (QC) Department inspects every individual instrument according to the criteria to the most exacting standards in the industry.
Accompany surgical has set itself the target of bringing its instruments in line with recognized international standards by adopting all the procedures, testing and process control methods and parameters as laid down by ISO9001:2008, ISO13485:2003, CE Marking and Quality System Regulation (QSR) of US FDA.
All Accompany instruments are guaranteed for the period of 5 year to be free of any defects in the workmanship or materials when used for its intended purpose. Any instruments which prove defective will either be repaired or replaced, free of cost.
Accompany’s TC cut and TC grip instruments are further guaranteed for the period of 5 year under normal use. Should any adjustment become necessary during the warranty period, TC cut scissors blades will be re-sharpened and TC grip needle holder’s jaws inserts will be replaced, free of charge.
